What we collect
With consent, PostHog records page visits, product interactions, device and referral information, and privacy-masked session replays. Signed-in users are identified by their account ID, email, and company so we can understand the complete product journey.
What we do not collect
We do not send sign-in links, contact messages, search text, product descriptions, generated campaign content, API keys, or raw application errors to analytics. Form inputs and customer-specific content are masked in session replay.
Where data is processed
Analytics data is processed using PostHog Cloud in the United States. PostHog acts as our analytics service provider.
Your choice
You can accept or reject analytics when first visiting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and session replay on that device.
Retention and contact
